They were this countries oldest paintball sites, established in 1984. As of 2012 they have switched over to being a dedicated airsoft site. It is hoped that local CONTACT players will form a team and become regular players. Secret Nuclear Bunker Although itself not actually a skirmish site, this is the venue where we run CONTACT. Located just outside of Kelvedon Hatch, near Brentwood in Essex, it is an ex-government underground base that is now a private museum open to the public. Set in over 3,000 acres of farmland, the Bunker hosts a wide variety of other activities, including Dragon's Lair Airsoft and Rope Runners amongst others. Well worth a visit.
