Sat. 26th ~ Mon. 28th:  Military Odyssey  a huge multi-period historical reenactment show run at the Kent County Showground in Detling. For over ten years we put on a samurai display at this event composed of a Daimyo's headquarters, with tents, camp curtain and many, many banners, but with only a small crew. BLANK BLANK Notes * An asterisk marks an event whose date is yet to be confirmed. CON-001 Marks the numerical number of an operation within the CONTACT! airsoft campaign, which has been running since 1996. Op.X Marks an operation with off-world missions, for which its name has yet to be selected by the players using the  RGHQ-51 Operational Names Selector. CRE-WHX-01 A suffix to the CON-001 number identifying a CONTACT event that is a "Combat Readiness Exercise", without off-world missions intended for training. The extension -WHX-01 is the codewords "Worm Hole Extreme-01" which further identifies the specific CRE as one conducted within the UK, including a numerical counter for this kind of event. In reality these are low key very relaxed shooting events where players can experiment with new weapons and tactics without risk to their characters or to the outcome of the war. And Finally...
