The enemies deployment and use of nuclear weapons in an attempt to sever the spline, cannot, we think, be completely ruled out as a causal effect upon the systems aborant behaviour.
2.
The massive increase in the M1 type of ABC through CON-90 through to CON-96 also indicates a resurgence of anti-M2 activity which has in turn dropped off dramatically, see the ABC documents via the links above.
Both the M1 and M2 types of ABC appear to be in decline, which maybe due to the re-establishment of dominance by the M1 type. Quite what this recent reversal of the balance between the two types of ABC will actually mean in practise, we do not yet know. However, it is clear that the recent surge to re-establish M1 "dominance" is crucial to those that benefit from their presence in the environment. We need more information, that means T1 EPW's (Enemy Prisoners of War). It is likely that the T2 series of hostiles will mount some kind of counter attack during this cycle or in the coming Tour to offset this situation. Special effort must be made to collect air, water, rock, soil and foliage samples, plus Enemy Prisoners of War (EPW's), during

to coroborate the data. Type 2+ EPW's are also vital to the ABC recovery program, without which we will eventually have no medical supplies or munitions. See the Alerts section below for the reminder on the policy regarding EPW's.
SPECIAL ORDERS
With reference to your WARNING ORDERS, be aware that great effort has gone in to decoding the capture documents (see below) recovered by both our own personnel during OPERATION STOW (Mission CON-106.1) on 29 SEP 18, as well as the three CLEGG teams engaged in a major raid 2km NW of your AO on P617.
In consequence, a major effort is to be made by our own SG Teams to capture personnel and evidence that can be used to finally neutralise major bad actors of the corporate quarter of the CONTACT Program, in particular the Nakamura Corporation.
ALERTS

1. Two reports have been filed by PVT PEACOCK, and one by SSGT MARTINS for CON-101,
while non have been received for
CON-096 CON-098, and CON-103.

2. Op. ANGLESEY, conducted on the 05-06 NOV 16 on P617 as part of Op. LINEBACKER, was declared a partial success. Despite numbers of enemy forces managing to bypass SG Team defensive positions at several locations, the main assault by the assigned CLEGG teams resulted in the total destruction of the enemies local stocks of nuclear materials, putting the T1's plans back at least two years.
The T2+ hostiles, were checked by all defensive units, mainly due to the minefields which killed more than 95% of the attacking forces. Several units managed to secure T2 EPWs, that is those that survived by moving to contact via the SG Teams safe corridors.
It was reported that leading the assault on hill 96 was the so-called Preacher, unfortunately it is suspected that he survived the mortar barrage called in on the ground around 51SG981's position, as no remains were found, therefore it is presumed that he survived and withdrew.
It is believed by the CLEGG reconnaissance teams that several T1's together with limited stocks of nuclear materials were able to bypass 51SG981 (RGHQ-51) on hill 96 of P617, but it remains unproven.
The nuclear detonation caused several friendly KIA's during their return flights, fortunately the sole issue experienced by RGHQ-51 was that Sergeant Martins was, for a short period declared as MIA. Fortunately he suffered a bounce not a redirection, and was picked up by one of the US teams as it withdrew to AREA-50. Martins was returned unharmed, but complained bitterly about his treatment by the CLEGG team and the staff at AREA-50, who insisted that he be sadated for his flight and passage via the base. It seems that they take their security extremely seriously.

4. You are reminded that the standing Orders regarding the recovery of Type One Enemy Prisoners of War (EPW) has been revised in light of intelligence gathered at previous operations. Secure accommodation has been created in inaccessible locations, wherein Type 1 EPW's can enjoy a significant degree of personal freedom, without fear of M1 extraction (currently remains a fatal procedure). It is hoped that the less finatical personnel may choose to surrender rather than fight to the death when capture is inevitable. SG Teams should wherever possible get this message across to the T1's. Bring them back alive. The policy regarding T2 series hostiles remains as before, that is bring them back, dead or alive.

Comments
Analysis of the 9 examples shows that each message was hand coded and manually typed, resulting in several variations in content and quality. The UK decryption team are to be congratulated, as they were the only elements to produce actionable intelligence during the operation, resulting in their third mission to P617, a reconnaissance of the target for CON-107 on 03 NOV 18.
