This archive is a rebuild of the two previous sites, both of which were lost to enemy action and is dedicated to the memory of the men and women of the UNSGC's 51^st Regiment who lost their lives while serving their country and the wider global community. Several members of staff were lost during the last incident, notably, both previous archivists, SSGT Nicola Brodie and SPEC Dorian Greystone, who have now both been officially declared as MIA and presumed captured.

My staff and I would like to offer our condolences to all the families and comrades of those who fell in Operation Stalling Down, most of whom were in normally secure rear area positions. It is my most ernest intention that our efforts to recover those currently in enemy hands will be redoubled, yet if it is beyond us to save our comrades, we will ensure that we will deprive our enemy of the very means by which they prosicute their war of aggression against us, in the ever sure knowledge that their sacrifices shall not have been in vein.

For those of you who are new to the program, the UNSGC is currently the only fully operational Command of the United Nations Marine Corps, effective 04/02/1999, when due to enemy action the UN Security Council formally activated the Corps, which was made up from units of former serving officers from various nations, contracted via Executive Resourses Inc as part of the UN supervised CONTACT defense program. With its formal establishment retroactive to coincide with the commencement of the CONTACT program itself, that began with CON-01on 14 JUL 96. Which in turn followed on from the NATO and TASC force exploration work that began just after WWII.
