The OWEN Report
Following his 35 year temporal flight (13 OCT 64~14 MAR 99), OWEN was treated during the period 15 MAR 99~31JUL 99 for PTSD (Post Tramatic Stress Disorder) at the UNSGC's special medical center at AREA-51, Groomlake, Navada, USA. Having appeared to have sufficiently recovered he was assigned to RGHQ-51 on 01 AUG 99. However he suffered a serious relapse on 23 AUG 99 post CON-021 Op.TEWKSBURY, 21-22 AUG 99, and after a short stay at Porton Down, was returned to AREA-51, where he received treatment until his release to active service, once again at RGHQ-51 on 01 NOV 06, where he remains, under the close supervision of the base CMO Dr Bradley Stokes. To date his service has been without incident, and he has successfully led several off-world missions.
