Intelligence Summary: No information on world or terrain. Single contact recovered and questioned, reported to be a defector from Nakamura working for an organisation within called 'Deepblack'.
After Action Reports:
A routine sweep of C158A, following up on the destruction and disappearance of SG14, yielded results when a defector from Nakamura Corp was recovered and questioned. Anthony Napier, aka Charlie Bowski, claimed to have been a deep cover agent for an organisation known as Deepblack, working in security at Nakamura. He carried a copy of an e-mail, ordering him to break cover and contact SG-16 with the details of a meeting between Nakamura and Tiger Securities, where they were to complete some kind of exchange. This information was treated as reliable, as he had received information on SG-16's deployment and location well before the team themselves knew they were to be assigned (see DSTL report).
Intelligence Summary: No information on world or terrain other than the report that the area suffered precipitation. Contacts reported but not engaged.
After Action Reports:
A night mission was dispatched to C145A, consisting of SG-16, plus Marine Brown from Base Security, and myself. An ambush was laid around the expected rendezvous point, splitting the party into two-man groups to be co-ordinated by radio. Weather conditions rapidly deteriorated with the rain both reducing visibility to almost zero and masking any noise. Radio contact with other members of SG-16 was also lost, and the team failed to engage the enemy. Later debrief revealed that one pair from SG-16 had a definite sighting, but had decided not to act upon it to avoid giving away their position. The team returned to base with no casualties, it is probable that the exchange was made, and that the enemy personnel had no knowledge of our team.
