About The ProgramThe CONTACT Program is a private civilian study group, subcontracted via Executive Resorces Inc., charged with the development of procedures and protocols required by the United Nations in the event of First Contact with a non-terrestrial civilisation.Due to the delicate nature of the subject, the agendas, minutes, reports and other working documents are classified as confidential, and are not available for public release at this time.
